Design Thinking (R)evolution
ABC Theatre
There is a variety of different Design Thinking implementations as a structured approach for creative problem-solving. We heavily adjusted it at MSD too and we have successfully used it for product or services solutions, alignments of processes or teams, or strategy definitions. Recently we have started using it to kick off and drive digital transformation at our company and I would like to share how it has evolved to such universal tool.

Dusan leads international UX and Design Thinking teams at MSD and has over 20 years of experience in the UX field. It includes work at companies both in the Czech Republic and in Silicon Valley such as Oracle, BlackBerry, and Harman where he led projects focused on improving the user experience for a wide range of product and services. Dusan strives to promote UX and Design Thinking to a variety of local communities and universities and future generation of Design Thinkers.
