Microsoft, Vyskočilova 1561/4a, Prague 4

Infuse your apps, websites and bots with intelligent algorithms to see, hear, speak, understand and interpret your user needs through natural methods of communication. Azure Cognitive Services are APIs, SDKs, and services available to help developers build intelligent applications without having direct AI or data science skills or knowledge.

What you'll learn in this workshop:

·        What Azure Cognitive Services are,
·        What APIs are available,
·        Deep dive overview of Custom Vision API,
·        How to integrate that API into your app,
·        How to continue the Azure journey with Microsoft Learn, Certifications and more.

Detailed agenda:

(40-50 minutes) Introduction of Azure Cognitive Services (ACS).
(15-20 minutes) deep dive into ACS Custom Vision
(5-10 minutes) break
(60-100 minutes) Building and training custom vision model for Rock-Paper-Scissors game:
picking up simple dataset (e.g. self-generated)
training a model
testing and recognizing failures
adding more data (Kinect gestures dataset)
training again (might take some time, can be used as a short break)
(40 minutes) Lunch
(40-50 minutes) Integrating trained model into a web application running on Azure (simple NodeJS backend+frontend)
(10-20 minutes) Q&A

This workshop is targeting all professional developers, who are interested in how to infuse apps, websites and bots with intelligent algorithms to see, hear, speak, understand and interpret your user needs through natural methods of communication.
