REGISTRATION - WHEN AND WHERE?

Early birds can register on Thursday at Babeltalk from 17:45 or at the Warm-up party from 20:00 in Lucerna Music Bar.

The main registration will start on Friday, 21 September from 7:30 in the Lucerna Passage.

All attendees will receive an email with a QR code, which you should bring with you. Don’t worry if you don’t have it on your mobile phone - we can also find you on the day in our system.

There will be 6 registration points, and you can choose to register at any of them. There will be 12 hostesses to help you and in addition to your conference badge, they’ll be handing out cupcakes from Lelí's Cupcakes!

Arriving later in the day? Register at Infopoint 1 in the Lucerna Great Hall.

WHAT TIME DOES WEBEXPO START?

Keynotes will start every morning at 10:00. And when we say 10:00, we mean it. Not a minute later. All other talks for the day will start at 11:00.

Registration on Friday, September 21 will start at 7:30. Grab breakfast and relax in the networking areas before the conference is officially opened by our director, Šárka Štrossová. She’ll be kicking things off at 9:45 in the Lucerna Great Hall.

WHERE WILL TALKS TAKE PLACE?

All lecture halls are located in the Lucerna Passage at Štěpánská 61, 116 02 Prague 1 map.

WHAT ABOUT COFFEE AND FOOD?

At Friday’s registration, you’ll get a tasty cupcake from the renowned Lelí's Cupcakes and coffee from Doubleshot. On Saturday, we’ll be handing out wraps in the Lucerna Passage.

You can count on WebExpo to keep you well-fed and hydrated! Water and hot drinks from Doubleshot and LMC Tea Room will be available all day. And of course, don’t forget to stop by the stands in our networking area! You can try everything from burgers to Mexican cuisine at great prices. There will also be salads available from Titbit at Info Point 2.

WebExpo Tip: Want to go out to eat near Lucerna? Check out the WebExpo Foursquare map for recommendations. One of our favorites is ROOM restaurant (V Jámě 1263/6, view map). They’ll be offering a discounted menu for conference attendees on Friday from 11:30 to 15:00.

WILL THERE BE ANY WORKSHOPS AT WEBEXPO?

Of course! On Friday and Saturday, there will be workshops in Lucerna Music Bar.

And on Sunday, we’ve organized premium workshops to deepen your professional knowledge and learn new skills from top speakers from around the world.

Don’t worry! Hang around the networking spots and keep an eye out for people with similar skills or jobs filled out on their badges. You’ll also find common ground at our partner stands with both exhibitors and other participants.

The night is still young! Go out for a drink with speakers and WebExpo attendees. But beware — our parties have been known to continue until the next day!

Relax zone
Where? Lucerna Great Hall (on the same floor as the auditorium).
What’s there? Stretch out on a deck chair from our partner, Mattoni.

Thai massage
Where? Lucerna Great Hall, room number 13 (behind the stage on the first balcony).
What’s there? 15 minutes of heaven for your back and neck. Two Thai masseuses will be helping participants get rid of their stiff muscles. While you wait in line, you’ll also learn a few Thai words and fun facts about the land of pad thai.

Silent Zone
Where? Lucerna Great Hall (on the second balcony).
What’s there? Silence :-) You can write your emails in peace and listen to talks with one ear.

In the Lucerna Great Hall, you will find the Wall of Fame and the Wall of Fail. Throughout the conference, we will be continuously reading what you like and what to improve…and if there are any mistakes, we will fix them ASAP!

IS WEBEXPO KID-FRIENDLY?

Yes, WebExpo welcomes attendees of all ages! This year, there will be activities for kids taking place throughout the day near the lecture halls. For babies and toddlers, there will be a lounge area in the Marble Hall, where parents can rest and talk over a cup of coffee. For older children, there will be free programming courses and interactive games organized by makeITtoday. They’ll learn about 3D printing, enjoy AR coloring books, have fun with robots, and more! Check the program and sign your child up!
