We’ll take a look together at the development and organization of work used for our computer gaming projects. You’ll hear about the specific problems and pitfalls you face when creating models and an open world. There are also unavoidable risks that come with interdisciplinary collaboration when working in an extremely diverse team. You’ll learn why iteration is the best, but not always possible, and why a long-term plan is a good mentor, but a poor master. And of course, there will be time for questions. All of this will be condensed into the space of about 20 minutes.

Jakub HolíkFor the last 7 months, Jakub Holík has been heading up 3D graphics at Warhorse Studios on Kingdom Come: Deliverance, an upcoming historical role-playing game. However, he’s been with the game development studio for over 2 years. His past endeavors include working for Craneballs Studio on the project Overkill 2 and Fanatic Games, an outsourcing agency that specializes in 3D graphics. He studied traditional animation at VOŠF Zlín and computer science at SUPŠ in Opava.
