Alie is one of the founders of the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID), with an impressive 16 years of experience in interaction design, marketing, innovation, and business & technology research. Before moving to Denmark in 2006, she worked at the Interaction Design Insitute Ivrea. Eduard Kučera met Pavel Baudiš while studying at the Research Institute of Mathematical Machines. The pair later went on to found AVAST Software together. In 2014, Avast had over 200 million active users, making it the most widely used software on the planet! Kučera was the former Chief Chaos Officer of Avast (a title he gave himself) and is now an active board member, as well as an investor in several funds. Adela has dedicated over 10 years to the application of psychology in the business world. She’s trained, coached, and consulted in companies across a wide range of industries and sectors. Over the years, she noticed a sort of glass ceiling, “an infinite loop”, which often blocks the road to better performance and satisfaction. This barrier causes a disconnection and a failure to tap into the potential, which lies in the conscious connection of our minds, bodies, and emotions.
