What is the talk about?

Nik: I'm in the early stages of trying to bring a user centric mindset to the way we do things at Česká spořitelna. This means changing the way we present ourselves from billboards, TV, web and branches. And that means a change in the way we, in the bank, work together.

I'll share my experiences.
