Graphic designer, photographer and owner of the graphic design studio RedGreenBlue.

She spent the 1990s working for different advertising agencies creating campaigns for new cars, all sorts of coffee, chewing gums, and shampoos. At one stage she decided to quit it all and left for Switzerland to milk cows and make cheese.

Within two years she became a cheese-specialist. She started to take photographs and her first bigger collection focused on the life in an anarchist squat.

In order to get a formal education in photography, Jana returned to the Czech Republic. She replaced her commercial clients with non-profit organisations and founded her own graphic design studio.

She taught graphic design to people from non-profit sector and gave classes on Illustrator at the Institute of Digital Media for several years. Jana was the only female co-founder of the Union of Graphic Designers in the Czech Republic.

She holds exhibitions several times a year both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
